by using artifacts instead of caching. It seams like caching
is kind of broken or I misunderstand how its used correctly.

* fix fetching correct version string

* Overwrite before_script in deploy stage
* Remove artifacts from deploy stage

* use caching while building
* artifacts will expire after a day

* use custom docker image for faster builds
* add ci Dockerfile to repo
* fix undefined ganggoBytes function
* * for windows rename the binary from *.exe to ganggo
* use different file naming for windows in updater
* add vendor/node_modules folder to cache for speed

* remove PATH, VERSION var
* define update package as manual step
