- First name and last name
- Phone number
- Address, State, Province, ZIP/Postal code, City
I would say "first name and last name, email address, full address" would be fair to have mandatory. Phone number being optional.

I would say for this maybe a private repository for the full information here in feneas git. Association committee would have rights to it.
