use adminemail from config.php file properly

uptimelast7 is actually pulling overall not the month of uptime to it. Corrected the labels, the uptimelast7 is still wrong name

Escape $ as this is not supposed to be a variable.

Add labels for HTML forms.

Use HTTPS where possible.

Clean up most of the PHP code.

Remove duplicate charset meta.

Move PHP out of HTML block.

Also use this for required $_GET parameters.
