HTTP cleartext traffic is disallowed starting with Android 9
Starting with Android 9, HTTP cleartext traffic is disallowed. This means Android 9 users connecting to their FreshRSS instance through cleartext HTTP connection won't be able to do so anymore on Android 9 (API level 28). This error is reproductible with an Android 9 device and a HTTP instance.
There's, of course, a configuration to bypass the security. But whether the application should do so is a tough question. Now I'm in favor of following security measures but I also get not everybody is comfortable with installing a certificate on their server. Besides, an RSS reader is not that much a sensible usage.
There's a choice to make between user comfort and security. If anyone has thoughts on this matter, I'm taking it. Meanwhile, I guess I should add a message mentionning why HTTP connection may fail.
