glibc version depedency wrong
i have a bananian linux running on banana pi arm single board computer. trying to run borg standalone binary gives the following error:
 Error loading Python lib '/tmp/_MEIfiWtXj/libpython3.6m.so.1.0': dlopen: /lib/arm-linux-gnueabihf/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.17' not found (required by /tmp/_MEIfiWtXj/libpython3.6m.so.1.0)
i have the following libc version installed:
GNU C Library (Debian EGLIBC 2.13-38+deb7u11) stable release version 2.13, by Roland McGrath et al. Copyright (C) 2011 Free Software Foundation, Inc. BIND-8.2.3-T5B libc ABIs: UNIQUE For bug reporting instructions, please see: http://www.debian.org/Bugs/.
the borg-documentation at https://borgbackup.readthedocs.io/en/stable/installation.html#standalone-binary mentions only glibc >= 2.13
am i doing something wrong here? or is in fact glibc >=2.17 needed?
my system is
